Jessica Henderson, Attorney

Jessie Henderson is a North Georgia native who focuses her practice primarily on residential and commercial real estate transactions. Having practiced in several areas of law—including estate planning, bankruptcy, family, and criminal law—Jessie brings a well-rounded perspective to her clients, though real estate law has always been her passion. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Spanish from Mercer University and her Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law before being admitted to the Georgia State Bar in 2019.

Jessie helped establish Hartmanlaw’s North Georgia office and takes pride in serving the community where she was born and raised. Outside the office, she enjoys life in the mountains with her husband, Colt, and their two daughters.
