NOTE: This is an ACH transfer and NOT an immediately available wire transfer. It may take our bank up to 10 days to verify and credit our account. If your closing is within the next 10 days, do not send Earnest Money through this system as this deposit cannot be applied toward your funds due at closing.

This portal is ONLY for the submission of earnest money funds due pursuant to your real estate sales contract. Any other funds due for your closing must be sent via wire transfer. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY DUE FOR CLOSING THROUGH THIS PORTAL OTHER THAN YOUR EARNEST MONEY. The funds will be rejected, and this may delay your closing. The limit for deposit of funds through this portal is $10,000.00 US Dollars. For any amount due greater than $10,000.00, please call our office and ask for wiring instructions and we will be happy to assist you.

By clicking “Accept” below, the remitter (you) acknowledges that all funds  transferred to Hartmanlaw, LLC are being sent pursuant to the terms of the purchase and sale agreement associated with these funds. The remitter (or Buyer, if Buyer is not the remitter) and Hartmanlaw (the “Holder” within the Agreement) must adhere to the terms of the purchase and sale agreement regarding the use and disbursal of the funds being deposited through this portal. The remitter acknowledges that once funds are deposited here they may not be recalled by the remitter, as this would be in breach of the terms of the purchase and sale agreement. If the contract terminates for any reason, the funds will be disbursed to the party entitled to the earnest money pursuant to the agreement. Hartmanlaw reserves the right to refund the earnest money to the remitter if a copy of the purchase and sale agreement is not received within 5 days of receiving funds.
 
If the remitter is not the Buyer, remitter acknowledges that the deposited funds are for the use of and on behalf of the Buyer, and all communication from Hartmanlaw regarding this deposit will only be with and through the Buyer.  By clicking “accept” below, the remitter acknowledges and agrees to all of these terms.
