Attorneys Stevan C. Smarr and Andrew W. Hartman are excited to announce the merger of their real estate closing practices. The law firms known as Stevan C. Smarr & Associates, LLC and Hartmanlaw, LLC will move ahead, effective January 1, 2018, doing business as Hartmanlaw, LLC.

Both attorneys have over 20 years’ experience in the practice of real estate law and each will maintain active roles within the combined practice. Hartman will serve as Managing Partner and oversee the day to day operation of the firm and Smarr will remain active in the examination of titles and review of complex legal real estate matters.

The Hartmanlaw staff is excited to welcome Cindy Cantrell from Smarr & Associates aboard as a new member of the paralegal support team.  Hartmanlaw is staffed by 5 active closing attorneys and 15 paralegals, and maintains closing locations in Jasper, Woodstock, Kennesaw, Emerson and Sandy Springs, Georgia.
